A company is looking for a Strategic Partner, Partner
Engineering & Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the key strategic partner to the Global Head of Partner
Engineering & Operations, enhancing operational excellence
Partner with various functions to develop strategy and support
strategic relationships between the company and its partners
Drive the operating model for the Global Partnerships function,
including annual planning and partner health metrics
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business
operations, corporate strategy, or a related field
Experience in driving the operating model for large,
cross-functional organizations
Experience related to payments, card networks, or financial
services
Experience building strong cross-functional partnerships with
product and engineering teams
Experience navigating large data sets
