About this position

This position is responsible for managing the NetSuite ERP system, including user access, security, and data integrity. The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively, work both independently and collaboratively within a small, close-knit team, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone with an upbeat, positive attitude who is eager to support the agency's mission and achieve its strategic goals.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing system customization, workflows, and scripting to optimize system performance and user experience;
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize system improvements and enhancements;
• Serving as the primary point of contact for NetSuite support, troubleshooting and issuing resolutions;
• Developing and maintaining system documentation, training materials and standard operating procedures;
• Ensuring compliance with best practices for data governance, security and privacy;
• Providing end-user support, training, and guidance to ensure effective use of the system;
• Continuously evaluating and improving system performance and functionality to meet business needs;
• Producing and overseeing workflows, SuiteScript deployments, bundles, SuiteAnalytics and other custom NetSuite features;
• Performing other duties as assigned. What you bring to the table
  • Two years of NetSuite administration experience;
  • Two years of experience of working in a finance systems role;
  • Two years of experience monitoring and maintaining day-to-day system processes;
  • Extensive NetSuite experience in inventory management, purchase order, procurement, and reporting;
  • Proficiency in NetSuite custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and the NetSuite data model;
  • Proven experience and understanding of financial processes;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders;
  • NetSuite certifications: SuiteFoundation, Administrator, SuiteAnalytics, Financial (preferred). What we can offer you

        • $33.39 to $46.03/ hr
        • Expected starting salary: Commensurate with experience
