Job Description:
ACT-1 Legal Solutions is working with an Inland Empire Company
to find a talented Residential Real Estate Transactional Attorney
to join its expanding legal department. Attorney must have 7+ years
of Residential Real Estate and Corporate transactional experience
and preference for the attorney to be wanting to transition from a
law firm to an in-house legal department. In-House Attorney must
have strong residential real estate experience including
transactions, vendor contracts, short sales, RESPA compliance,
title & survey, closings, foreclosures, and residential lending.
Drafting and negotiating complex transactional agreements required.
Federal regulatory, risk management and insurance a plus. Please
