Job Description:
A company is looking for a Practice Leader, Construction
(Commercial P&C) who will serve as an expert in underwriting
and market knowledge within the construction segment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the underwriting strategy and risk evaluation
framework for the construction vertical
Provide expert underwriting consultation on complex accounts and
support business development efforts
Analyze profitability trends and lead initiatives to enhance
underwriting capabilities and knowledge dissemination
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
10 years of commercial insurance underwriting experience with
expertise in construction
Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills
Ability to influence and collaborate at the executive level
Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
