A company is looking for an Onboarding & Sales Specialist
focused on small to mid-sized businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with SMB prospects to understand their needs and conduct
tailored product demonstrations
Manage the sales cycle from outreach to closing and ensure timely
follow-ups
Serve as the primary contact for new customers during onboarding
and configure accounts to meet their requirements
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in SMB sales, customer onboarding, or a
related role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong technical aptitude with experience in CRM software and
onboarding tools
Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
Experience in SaaS or no-code/low-code platforms is preferred
