A company is looking for a Bilingual Inbound Sales & Chat
Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Build rapport and create a great customer experience by actively
listening to customer inquiries
Present products and services based on customer needs and handle
objections effectively
Review customer accounts to ensure they are receiving the best
value
Required Qualifications
Fluency in French and English (speaking, writing, and reading)
At least 6 months of sales experience in a customer service
environment
Previous call center experience
Ability to work in a quiet environment free from distractions
Experience with computers and ability to use multiple platforms
simultaneously
