If interested, please email brian.brown@gogpac.com or call 602-848-3784 Senior Estimator – Commercial Roofing $100k – $120k base commissions/bonuses We are seeking a new construction Commercial Roofing Estimator who will be responsible for pricing and negotiating contracts for commercial roof projects. Commercial Roofing Estimator Responsibilities: (including but not limited to): Estimate, compile bids and generate proposals accurately and are completed on time Make site visits to collect bidding information and/or from Plans/Specs for new/re-roof projects, when required Obtains quotes from vendors and subcontractors by specifying materials; identifying qualified subcontractors; negotiating price Review/prepare proposed project bids in accordance with company bidding procedures with essential overall cost accuracy Participate in pre and post review project meetings Complete project closeout documents Cultivate customer relationships that will assist in winning profitable repeat business Maintain communication with project contacts throughout the entire project from start to finish Controlling and prioritizing multiple activities while handling multiple projects Commercial Roofing Estimator Job Requirements: At least 5-10 years experience estimating w/ software's like the EDGE, Bluebeam, Planswift, etc. Advanced knowledge and understanding of commercial/industrial roofing system design and installation code compliance and manufacturers requirements for warranty.
