Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accountability for customer retention and profitability
across dealership departments
Hire, train, and evaluate dealership management personnel while
setting operational goals
Provide accurate financial reports and ensure timely submission of
monthly financial statements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
8+ years of related experience or training, preferably in
automotive management
Proven track record of achieving positive results in a management
role
Experience in recruiting, training, and retaining top talent
Strong leadership skills with the ability to maintain employee
engagement
