Job Description:
A company is looking for an Intermediate Account Manager -
Retirement.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support for daily administration of retirement plans and
develop strong client relationships
Coordinate with management to research issues and negotiate
resolutions
Collaborate with internal partners to address client needs and
maintain action plans for client retention
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business field or equivalent
education/experience
Three years of customer relationship experience, including one year
in the retirement or financial services industry
Knowledge of daily administration of retirement plans
Proficiency using MS Office tools, including Excel
Ability to align with the company's Future Fit Culture values
