Move Forward with Volt! Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered with a Bread Production Warehouse in Brea CA to immediately hire Food Production Warehouse Associates. Seasonal positions starting mid July, 4-6 weeks assignment paying $18hr. Job Perks: Weekly Pay As a Bread Production Associate your role is to produce high quality bakery products using a variety of processing equipment. Team members are expected to take an active role in areas of Safety, Quality, and Productivity. All positions are physically demanding and require being flexible to perform various tasks around the warehouse. Associates must be able to work the required over time/ weekends. The Ideal candidate will have the skills listed below: MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO CROSS TRAIN Operate in work groups and monitor processes within an area of responsibility Comply and must be able to function, perform, and follow Bakery policies and standards under limited supervision Follow recipes to produce food products- Set up, operate, and tend equipment that cooks, mixes, or blends ingredients in manufacturing of food products Understand proper use of all equipment including refrigerators, freezers, proofer, oven, racks, and thermometer Prepare, produce and package products Operate processing equipment while evaluating product and package quality Maintain equipment and work space cleanliness Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor and Managers Adhere to uniform and grooming policy as defined by company policy Meet punctuality and attendance standards Minimum Requirements: Experience in the food production is preferred, but not required Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly, stand and walk 8-10 hr. shift Non-slip Shoes Mandatory! $18.00 1st Shift 5:00AM - 1:30PM OT $18.00 1st Shift 6:00AM - 2:30PM OT $18.00 2nd Shift 1:30PM - 10:00PM OT $18.00 2nd Shift 2:30PM - 11:00PM OT Monday through Friday. Pay Rate: $18.00 per hr.
