Details Job Details: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Permanent Maintenance Parts Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our
manufacturing processes by coordinating the availability and
allocation of necessary parts. The ideal candidate will have a
strong background in inventory management, experience in the
manufacturing industry, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This
position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth

Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage the inventory of
maintenance parts and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are
maintained to support manufacturing operations. 2. Utilize
Microsoft Office tools to track, analyze, and report on inventory
levels, usage trends, and cost analysis. 3. Coordinate with various
departments to understand their maintenance parts needs and ensure
timely delivery. 4. Maintain a comprehensive and organized parts
catalog system. 5. Work closely with suppliers to negotiate
pricing, delivery schedules, and terms. 6. Ensure adherence to all
safety regulations and guidelines in the handling and storage of
parts and supplies. 7. Conduct regular inventory audits to identify
discrepancies and implement corrective actions. 8. Assist in
developing and implementing inventory management policies and
procedures. 9. Collaborate with the maintenance team to forecast
future parts requirements based on equipment usage and planned
maintenance schedules. 10. Provide regular reports to management on
inventory status, issues, and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar
role within the manufacturing industry. 2. Proven experience in
inventory management and control. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft
Office, particularly Excel for inventory tracking and reporting. 4.
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and maintenance
procedures. 5. Excellent organizational and coordination skills. 6.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 7. Strong
negotiation and supplier management skills. 8. Exceptional
attention to detail and accuracy. 9. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. 10. Ability to work independently and as part
of a team. 11. High school diploma is required; a degree in Supply
Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is
